These keyboard shortcuts work in the spreadsheet editor of Euro-Office, for budgets, lists and overviews. You'll find the shortcuts that work everywhere, such as saving and copying, in Handy keyboard shortcuts for all editors.
On a Mac, you usually use Cmd where Windows uses Ctrl, and Option where Windows uses Alt. For many shortcuts, Control also works on a Mac instead of Cmd. If the Mac column says "none", that action doesn't have a fixed shortcut on a Mac.
